- Once you have everything, go to your shopping cart (it can be found at the top right corner).
- Choose the delivery date (you can choose up to next 30 days).
- Choose the delivery time.
- Click “Check out”.
- Choose the delivery type (delivery[ship] or pickup in store).
- Enter or confirm your shipping address.
- Review your order details and click “Pay now”.
- Choose the payment method and complete the payment process.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once the order is processed.
We allow guest checkout, but creating an account makes future purchases easier by saving your shipping details, order history, and preferences.

If you are not available, the courier may:

- Take back the package to the nearest store for you to be picked up later, or

How do I return an item?

How long does it take to get a refund?
To return an item you can contact our whatsapp official number, our staff will guide you how to return the item. Type “Request a Return” and our staff will guide you through the process. You will need to:
- Pack the item securely and attach the provided return shipping label (if applicable).
- Drop off the package at the designated return location or schedule a pickup.
We accept returns for delivery errors such as damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. To claim return service the items must be unused, unopened and no later than 1 day after delivery.
